Our reality based classes are taught by Certified Childbirth Educators & Registered Nurses specialized in Labor & Delivery. Your prenatal class will leave you informed, confident and ready for an enjoyable & relaxing birth experience.

Planned Cesarean Birth

Learn what to expect in late pregnancy & with a planned cesarean birth. Ease your anxiety and fear of the unknown when you are prepared & well informed.

Preparing & Caring for your Newborn

Be confident caring for your baby with all the important, up-to-date information about SIDS Prevention, Coping with Crying and Car Seat Safety. Learn how to protect and properly care for your newborn with baby basics through hands-on-practice.

Infant/Child Safety & CPR

Would you know how to handle a life threatening emergency? You could save a life by learning to perform CPR and manage choking through hands on practice. Learn about babyproofing your home through safety precautions and unknown threats. Also learn all about accident, drowning and poison prevention.
